So today right here right now. I’m going to show you how to upgrade your life massively.

I’m going to show you how to upgrade your reality and what I mean by that is, reignite your power to build a life on your own terms, to create success on your own terms, whatever that means to you.

Whether it’s physically, whether it’s mentally, whether it’s emotionally, whether it’s professionally financially relationally with your friends and family…all of it.

I’m going to show you how to reclaim absolute control and freedom in your life, and it starts with your mindset.

And mindset is one of those words that gets thrown around a

lot and a lot of people think it means being able to get really motivated or getting pumped up or a lot of people think mindset is your ability just to use willpower to force yourself to do things.

That’s simply not true.

Your mindset is the thoughts, beliefs and cognitive patterns

that you use to interpret yourself and interpret the world around you.

And I’m here to let you know that truly our mindset determines our life.

The good news is you have control of your mindset, which means you have control over your life.

No one ever really teaches us this, and we’re actually raised most of us with is what’s called a fixed mindset. We were raised to believe that things are just the way they are, and we have to deal with it.

That’s not true. There’s this thing called neuroplasticity.

It’s literally your brain’s ability to adapt and evolve and grow so you can change your mindset, which is going to change your behaviors.

It’s going to change your personal power. 

It’s going to change your confidence which is going to change what you do and how you do it, which is going to change your results in your life.

Now our mindsets solidify themselves as our reality. 

What we think, the stories we tell ourselves, our beliefs and our expectations truly solidify into our life.

And here’s why… because our thoughts and beliefs, they all Create a corresponding emotional state.

Happy thoughts create happy emotional states.

Sad thoughts create sad States, stressful thoughts create anxious States.

We have self-doubt thoughts when we have thoughts of unworthiness. It creates low States, right?

And so every thought every belief will create a corresponding mood

and behavior now our moods and our behaviors those determine our actions that are habits.

They determine what we do and how we do it.

It’s very hard to outrun our mood.

It’s very hard to outrun our feelings and our emotions, right? They typically dictate an influence what we do and how we do it and I’m here to let you know that your life is literally it’s the sum of your decisions.

It’s the sum of your actions at the sum of your habits.

So when we have the same thoughts and beliefs over and over again, we don’t challenge that we don’t change them. 

We don’t upgrade them.

We just let them run on autopilot. That’s why we stay stuck.

That’s why we continue to perpetuate that’s all we continue to recreate the past.

We never change challenge or upgrade our thoughts and our beliefs.

Our Mood And Behavior

So our mood and our Behavior, we create patterns and those don’t really change either which means what we do and how we do it doesn’t change consistently either…

Our quality of life, our reality, how happy we are, how healthy we are, how fulfilled we are, how wealthy we are, that really doesn’t change.

I’m here to let you know that there’s a straightforward way to upgrade your thoughts and your beliefs. 

We ARE allowed to change our thoughts and our beliefs were allowed to choose our thoughts and our beliefs.

We have that power.

No one ever tells us that we do but you have that power and when you can upgrade your thoughts and beliefs slowly and steadily you’re going to enhance your mood you’re gonna elevate your behaviors and your emotional states.

Well, what does that mean?

 Well that rolls over into positive actions it optimizes our habits

what we do and how we do it.

And because our life is the sum of what we do and how we do it.

You will improve your quality of life. You will upgrade how successful you are.

You will upgrade the results that you’re able to create for yourself.

You will be able to more successfully bring your vision to life of what a good life means for you.

Now, I’m going to show you how to do this.

Here’s how you upgrade your thoughts. Here’s how you upgrade your beliefs.

Here’s how you upgrade your mood and your emotional state.

Here’s how you upgrade your actions and your habits what you do and how you do it, which ultimately every single time like 2 + 2 = 4, will elevate your quality of life now as often as you can you need to choose because you can you need to choose better thoughts right?

So think about it this way our thoughts are either being chosen for us by our ego, by our mind or were choosing them.

Right now if I tell you to picture if I tell you to think about your favorite food picture it what does it look like?

What does it smell like? What does it taste? Like you just chose that thought. Now when you’re driving through traffic and someone cuts you off and all of this negative noise comes in your head.

You didn’t choose those thoughts. They kind of just emerged out of your subconscious.

The more you can choose your thoughts with intention the less that your subconscious mind is going to choose them for you.

So when you start to consciously choose more often.

Hey, I want to thank nice things about myself.

I want to think nice things about others.

I want to expect good things to happen to me.

I want to believe that success is within my reach.

I want to believe that I’m good enough to live the life.

I want to live. I want to believe that other people love me and want to treat me.

Well when you can start thinking those things your thoughts when chosen consistently will harden into beliefs.

So your thoughts and beliefs, those will upgrade your mood and your behaviors and your emotional states, which is going to upgrade what you do and how you do it, which will upgrade the results. 

So, as often as you can start to intentionally choose better thoughts start to intentionally choose to expect more to expect good to expect better things because you CAN. 

You don’t need my permission.

You don’t need your parents’ permission. 

You don’t need your boss’s permission.

You don’t need social media permission.

Now, you can choose to think nice things about yourself.

You can choose to expect good to flow into your life.

You can and the more that you can consciously choose that you’re going to improve everything down the ladder now the real magic happens when you catch yourself and you choose to PIVOT. 

When you catch yourself thinking I’m not good enough.

I don’t deserve nice things life is hard success isn’t for me.

I’m lazy right when you can find yourself telling yourself these negative stories.

Stop and pivot.

You know what, maybe I AM a good person.

Maybe I DO deserve the best maybe success CAN be easy.

Maybe I AM worthy of everything I want and the more you can find yourself here and stop it and pivot over here.

You’re going to upgrade your thoughts beliefs are going to upgrade your mood and behavior going to upgrade your actions in your habits are going to upgrade your life.

So when you can become aware of what your autopilot thoughts

are what when you can become aware of what your autopilot beliefs are.

You can find you’ll become more aware of when you’re telling yourself those stories.

So you can stop this pattern from happening and you can actually disrupt the pattern and create a new one.
